Fidel Morales, Berklee Percussion Festival 2012 guest artist

Fidel Morales has been invited to dictate a Master Class and participate in various instrument and ensemble classes as part of the Berklee Percussion Festival 2012, that will be taking place from June 18-22 in Berklee College of Music. The festival begins Monday, June 18, with registration and auditions in the morning, master classes/concerts throughout the day, and a special evening concert.
On June 20th, at 8:15 p.m., Fidel will be performing an Afro-Cuban Concert with fellow percussionist and Berklee’s professor Eguie Castrillo. This concert will be at the Berklee Performance Center, 136 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston.

Notable artists who have recently visited the Berklee Percussion Festival include Will Calhoun, Horacio “El Negro” Hernández, Giovanni Hidalgo, Steve Smith, Dafnis Prieto, and Pedro Martínez.
